Our newly renovated studio has spacious rooms with high ceilings and large windows.  We provide changing rooms for our clients, a cycling room filled with Keiser M3i bikes and a barre/yoga studio with the best equipment.

The studio has a comfortable atmosphere that will welcome you as you become a LIFER.

Debra Fountain

“I am a lifer because…it’s my lifestyle, my lifeline.  Without fitness, my life would not and could not be as amazing as it should be.”

Debra has been in the fitness industry for over 15 years.  Her passion for fitness started well before her adult years.  In high school she was a majorette and in college she continued her fitness path by incorporating fitness into her daily routine.

On a personal note, Debra has been married to the love of her life for 25+ years and has four beautiful children.  While raising four children, Debra never let her duties at home get in the way of maintaining a fit lifestyle.   She started her own personal training business within the basement of her home and began teaching classes at surrounding fitness centers and gyms.  Some of the group fitness classes she taught were:  Kickboxing, Les Mills Body Pump, Zumba, Insanity, Body Sculpt, Cycle, and barre.   She even made time to compete in a few bodybuilding contests; one of which she placed 4th out of 21.

Out of all the classes Debra teaches, cycling and muscle toning classes are her favorite.  She believes those two classes alone provide the best fitness results for herself and her clients.  Debra has always encouraged her clients to treat their fitness as a lifestyle.  In order to be fit for life, you have to make it a lifestyle.

It was very important to Debra that she provide a place where all fitness needs could be met.  That is why LIFER Fitness studio specializes in cardio, muscle toning, and flexibility.  Debra’s philosophy is simple: If you want to be your fittest, you have to include resistance training to your cardio training.   If you aren’t actively putting muscle on, you are losing it!

“I am a Lifer because…I choose to live and promote fitness as a lifestyle; a lifestyle that is limitless.”

Abby began her passion for dance, sports, and fitness at a young age.  She tap danced to the age of twelve, until she reached middle school and became a three sport athlete.  Throughout her high school athletic career, she was a member of the basketball, field hockey, and softball teams.  Abby pursued her love as a softball pitcher and continued her career in college.  In addition to her Division I athletics scholarship, she graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Science.

Abby channels her athletic past and passion for fitness to inspire others to be their best in life; to consistently exceed their own expectations.  She is thankful to have the opportunity to share her knowledge and to motivate others to find balance, confidence and fulfillment while reaching their health and fitness goals.
