What is cardio kickboxing?…
Cardio kickboxing is a fusion of boxing, martial arts and aerobics. This class is a no contact, total body workout that uses self defense based moves.
LIFER Cardio Kickboxing will make you sweat and feel powerful as you learn basic punches, kicks and blocks as you move to the beat of the music.

What is POUND®?…
POUND® is a full body jam session that combines easy to follow cardio moves with strength training and drumming to your favorite music!
Two, light-resistant drumsticks (Ripstix®) are perfectly designed to maximize your upper body workout. A huge part of the class is performed in the squat position (with modifications as needed). The up and down drumming targets your inner and outer thigh, glutes and core.
After you’re done rocking out to the 45-minute POUNDtrack, you’ll have done 15,000 reps, performed over 30 extended interval peaks, and worked through over 70 techniques without even realizing it!
